By accessing or using Gredia, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Gredia is developed, owned, and operated exclusively by MACRAM LLC. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

1. Critical Medical and Health Disclaimer (GREDIA DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE)

The information provided by the Gredia app, including ingredient breakdowns, allergen alerts, product safety scores, and recommended product alternatives, is generated by Artificial Intelligence and third-party databases (such as Open Food Facts). It is for informational and educational purposes only.

AI can hallucinate, manufacturer formulations frequently change, and databases can be out of date. Gredia is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or reading the physical manufacturer label.

If you have a severe food allergy, celiac disease, or any medical condition, you MUST independently verify the physical product packaging and ingredient list before consumption. MACRAM LLC assumes absolutely no liability for allergic reactions, health issues, or damages arising from the use of this app or reliance on its product recommendations.

2. Product Recommendations and Safe Alternatives

Gredia uses automated systems and AI to suggest alternative products that may align with your dietary profile. We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or availability of these alternatives. No Personal Liability: You explicitly agree that your use of the app is an agreement solely with MACRAM LLC. No individual developer, founder, employee, or member associated with MACRAM LLC (including those listed on the Apple App Store developer account) shall bear any personal liability for any damages, health issues, or legal claims arising from your use of Gredia.
